    Notes Cold with an icy wind. Access to the developed section of the shoreline has been blocked by gates since the previous count. Section counted from opposite shore and smaller species likely missed and under-counted. The small flooded borrow pit west of the dam and just south of the local store held a diversity of ducks including approximately 800 White-faced Duck. This waterbody falls outside the Klipdrift Dam count area but has previously been used by hundreds of ducks.
